Notes: Immigration countries include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Emigration countries include Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Slovak Republic, Japan, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal and Spain. Korea, Mexico and Turkey are out of the scope of the study for data availability reasons.
